Rorschach

older watchers shall recognize this jerk bby. at this point in time, I have never explored what a younger Rorschach was like, which of course translates to absolutely must trying it out in a CC setting. << blame Reensies, she brought in Mortimer. I had no choice. I'm weak and Rorschach was taunting me.

Not a difficult guy to get along with so long as you're not a fan of asking questions. Rorschach is the master of deception and it's nearly impossible to tell if he's lying or not. He's straight-forward and rather bold with his wording. He's rarely the type to miss subtly or innuendo, but also chooses when he acts upon it. Like with any fox, he's crafty, and perhaps a bit too sly for his own good, making him difficult to trust or even particularly like.
Though he's smooth, he's surprisingly approachable and friendly, eager to chat up anyone who is willing to listen. He's also fairly eccentric, executing things like walking backwards on certain days or picking entire months in which he will eat something of only a certain colour or food type. 
He comes from a long line of ninetales, all of whom are well-versed in supernatural powers that go beyond the simple ability and powers a normal pokemon has. His particular clan specialize in curses that involve swapping the types of pokemon the curse is laid upon.
He once had a younger brother that, unfortunately, was far too weak to be of any use to his clan and was killedin a public ceremony. Due to his outrage, Rorschach lashed out at his own higher ups and actually managed to kill a superior. This caused him to be cast out from his clan. Though technically exiled, he is still part of it in that when given a task, he has no choice but to follow orders upon penalty of death. 
immediately after being exiled, he found himself drawn in by Uotani, the skuntank feeling a very uncharacteristic soft spot toward him, prompting her to take the boy in.
his clan of wild ninetales (and quite a few crossbreeds) occupy a settlement very close to the distortion dimension that holds a certain giratina captive.
as you can probably guess, he and Rockshot are not going to get along <<; at all.
his fur is a bit spikier on the back of his neck as it can be hardened and jettisoned from his body sorta like a cross between a jolteon and a porcupine raising its quills.
